Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Wireless NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician to join our client located in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiating the ticketing process for network outages.
• Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved.

Job Qualifications:

• Two to three (2-3) years experience in a similar type of role.
• Experience with Tier I Network Support especially in a Telecommunications Network.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Familiar with large scale telecommunication networks (SONET, DWDM, and DCS) is preferred.
• Prior Wireline or Wireless NOC, Engineering / Installation, or Field Operations experience.
• May be required to work an overnight shift.
• Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
