To provide our client, its directorates, and project offices with the full range of Enterprise Information Technology Services to support the organization’s mission and business processes. The IT services will provide for communications infrastructure within the theater of operations for support units, activities or agencies assigned, or anticipated to be assigned.
Prepare, review and submit Requirements Documents, Statements of Work, Operational Needs Statements, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) in support of user/client requirements. Consistently plan project timetables and costs, manage schedules of contractors and collaborate with senior management to achieve the desired client requirements. Analyze client requirements to determine the compatibility of products to satisfy objectives and operational needs. Provide guidance to users / clients with up to date rules of acquisition, regulations and appropriate policies; manage and support the Engineering effort; portfolio management. An expertise in Voice, Data, VoIP, OSP, ISP, wireless, and Data Centers and SCIF construction is required. Collaborate with team members to identify all System Engineering actions and required information related to the requirements, engineering, development, and execution of the System Engineering processes. Provide technical evaluations, System Engineering planning, requirements analysis, functional analysis and allocation, design synthesis, verification, work breakdown structure, technical reviews, audits, risks management planning. Support program reviews, evaluation of technical plans and System Engineering performance of industry partner execution. Support integration efforts with other contracting personnel to identify and resolve problems. Coordinate and prepares System Engineering program documents including, but not limited to, memorandums, System Engineering program briefings, and other technical briefings as required. Support long-range systems engineering program planning for assigned projects, and prepare/facilitate program briefings to higher headquarters. Work will be based out of Ft. Belvoir, VA but will include OCONUS travel 25% of the time.
Must have 8-10 years Army or DoD experience either as military personnel, government civilian, or as a contractor supporting System engineering efforts for the Army or DoD. This experience must include program management support experience to an Army or DoD Acquisition Program Office
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Power Point required
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
