• Design, implement and maintain server hardware, storage, software, backups and environmental controls including physical and virtual servers in multi-location business.
• Design, implement and manage LAN(s), including all network routers, managed switches, wireless access points, hubs and communication closets
• Ability to use 802.1q standard to segment internal networking structures
• Strong understanding of IPv4 subnetting and routing
• Monitor and maintain WAN connectivity to ensure inter-business connectivity is robust and efficient
• Overall management, support, and development of the existing Active Directory Services are a plus
• Managing / Supporting Security Systems, Anti-Virus, Firewalls, Patch management, and Server lockdown techniques are a plus
• Create and maintain documentation for job responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and document DR/ BC best practices
• Provide Helpdesk support as needed
• Work in a team environment and provide organizational and project leadership.
• Support systems off hours as needed.
