Purpose of the Shared Service Supervisor Role: The Shared Service Supervisor will have 3 – 5 direct reports, responsible for advanced accounting activities including the supervision of Shared Service & Fluid Control Employees. This supervisor will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor. Responsibilities: 3 -5 Direct Reports Interfaces frequently with FMC Technologies departments and employees concerning issues, questions and processes. Serves as a resource to others in resolving complex problems. Support other accounting areas and works on special projects as requested by Accounting Supervisor. Participate in process improvement training and meetings.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required 5-10 years of accounting experience, CPA/MBA preferred. Accounting knowledge a must, preferably in a manufacturing environment with previous supervisory experience. Proficient in personal computer skills (Excel and Word), and experience in a MRP environment such as SAP. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively and lead others. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills. Fast and flexible; multi tasked, organized.
