Job Description:

  • Sales Executive/Business Development in Chicago
  • Selling IT infrastructure services and deployment

(i.e. cabling, network devices, voice, video, energy
management, etc.)

  • Creating and selling solutions by leveraging both

internal and external business partners in a
consultative selling environment

  • Selling into Fortune 1000 companies that leverage

enterprise-wide decision making processes

  • Selling technology solutions into the Retail,

Financial Services and Healthcare industry sectors

  • Accessing and selling to multiple business units and

IT leaders up to and including ‘C’ level executives in
national/global Fortune 1000 multi-location companies

On our team, sales professionals will:

  • Develop and execute on a business plan for their

assigned territory focused on Fortune 1000 ‘new logos’

  • Proactively engage prospects in a dialogue to gain

understanding of their needs/expectations, define
solutions that best align service offerings with client
business requirements, and highlight deployment and
services value proposition

  • Prepare, present and negotiate proposals/quotes and

CLOSE DEALS

  • Work collaboratively with internal resources to ensure

service is delivered as sold and the highest levels of
customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained
Candidates will have fluency in and experience selling

IT infrastructure solutions incorporating:
Alcatel
Cabling
Digital Media
Electronic Article Surveillance
Avaya
Wireless
POS
Energy Management
Cisco
Data Networking
Conferencing
Voice Communications
IP Video and analytics
Messaging
Access Control

Job Requirements:
Other developed, refined and demonstrated skills for

success include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related sales

experience

  • Must have 5+ years sales experience exceeding quota

targets and building a pipeline of business
opportunities with a IT infrastructure distributor,
manufacturer or cabling services provider.

  • Direct industry related knowledge of sales cycles and

eco-systems required to close deals

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets AND

developing prospect lists and building pipelines of
future business

  • Refined/Professional communication skills
  • An unwavering desire to open new customer doors and

secure ‘new logos’
