Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Recent College Graduate to join our team as a Design Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for designing complex system solutions interfacing with various communications & video protocols. These solutions will be used to validate Lattice FPGA products.
Accountabilities:
Develop comprehensive design plan, clear metric and continuously measure progress against the plan through the project
Design and verify application solutions specifically various protocols used by the wireless and video applications
Stay up to date on industry trends and direction of design, verification, application technology
Collaborate with other engineers (design, verification, sw developers, product engineers) to deliver high quality SoC on aggressive time schedules
Required Skills
Required Experience
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Exposure to Verilog RTL design and/or circuit design
Exposure to verification methodology (VMM/OVM/UVM) & associated verification languages (System Verilog, SystemC, Vera, or E)
Strong object oriented programming and scripting languages

Bachelors’ students should have no more than 2 years of working experience; Masters’ students should have no more than 4 years of working experience; PhD students no more than 6 years of working experience.
