Job Description:
Client is looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join its fast paced and results oriented team. Challenges include balancing operational responsibilities with some new project duties.

Minimum Skills Required for this job are Network Operation Engineer, CCNA/ CCNP, HP Sitescope/ BAC/ vu-ge, and Zyrion/ nagios/ cacti/ statseeker..

Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of the Client’s networked services. Maintain and monitor network, telecom, security and monitoring systems. Improve existing monitoring and network maintenance tools. Use advanced troubleshooting skill to identify application / server / networking issues. Provide technical support and collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional service to all of our users. Operate candidly and with respect. Honestly accept failures and respond quickly to corrective actions.

Requirements:
BS Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience. Minimum 4 years experience supporting network and telecom systems in an enterprise environment Advanced experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and load balancers. CCNA/CCNP and/or other professional certifications. Solid knowledge of SNMP, QoS, and OSPF. Solid knowledge about TCP/IP, IP routing, VPN, Security, data center design. Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Riverbed, Netscaler products. Experience with HP Sitescope, BAC, and vu-gen synthetic monitoring tools Experience with zyrion, nagios, cacti, statseeker and other network monitoring tools
