Key Responsibilities:
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Prepare Statement of Work (Estimating services and efforts)
Prepare and load complex product configurations and provisioning
Complete large sized implementation assignments
Support, create and execute customer acceptance test plans (ATP`s)
Develop and execute method of procedures (MOPs) and generic re-usable MOPs

Critical Skills:
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter and quick learner
Flexible and willing to complete varied tasks to self-train on new features before training courses are developed and before all source documentation is available
Work productively in environments with multiple activities and changing priorities
Work effectively under pressure in a customer facing role in a tactful manner
Very Good written and oral communication skills in English and primary language of hiring office
Expert knowledge of telecom networks and network elements

Unix Linux Cisco networking Wireless networks SIP LTE VOIP Diameter

70% of the assignment will be spent travelling to customer sites across Europe the rest of the time will be spent working from home.
