Terms: 12 Months Open-Ended Contract

Requirements:
Job Description:
Provides daily operations support and maintenance for network systems. Proactively monitors networks to provide stable, dependable network services across multiple platforms. Configures and troubleshoots computer networks. Maintains LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP operations by working with network facility and hardware/software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution. Maintains and utilizes network management applications to identify network faults, to ensure the provision of data or other tele-communications access to customers, and the movement of information from one location to the other. Associates or Bachelors Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 7 to 10 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Sr. Level Technical Resource for Windows 7 rollout to manage / coordinate project activities and interact with the customer.
• Must be client-facing, with excellent communication skills.
• Will work with customer to overcome technical challenges and provide reports on corrections made with Windows 7
• Work with factory towers for necessary changes in support of Windows 7
• Understand customer environment for the best approach for the rollout for Windows 7

Skills:

• Previous Lead / Management experience is a must
• Windows 7 Migration Experience
• Excellent customer skills
• Excellent communications and documentations skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
