As a member of the team, you’ll work on data warehousing projects for the Kindle retail business focusing on:

• Ordering
• Retailer integrations
• Customer service and returns
• Inventory tracking and accounting
• Warranty support

Basic Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• 4-6 years experience developing ETL/ ELT solutions within a Data Warehouse environment; developing and maintaining high volume ETL processes loading a Data Warehouse
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting; with one or more ETL tools (Informatica preferred) and a BI Reporting tool (OBIEE preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Oracle environment
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
• Knowledge of SDLC development methodologies
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good code-documentation skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with IT personnel and Business users
• Good presentation skills
