Eden Scott’s global client have an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join their existing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role providing 1st and 2nd line support.

Duties:
You will provide Incident Management support including incident identification and resolution.

Provide technical support and communication to resolve day to day issues affecting all technology users throughout their global network.

Participate in all IT designated functions and support responsibilities such as Server and Network administration and Security patching,

including performing the daily check list tasks and also backup tape rotation and storage process.

Undertake working on IT projects with the UK IT team.

Essential Skills required:
Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows client operating systems in a business network environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange account management and client connectivity using Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices

Understanding of Local Area and Wireless Network configurations

Experience in supporting Windows server operating systems

General knowledge and understanding of IT service delivery best practice in a help desk environment

Required to resolve basic technical issues on a daily basis

Ability to work on technical projects with the guidance of the UK & India IT manager

Desirable skills:
HND or equivalent in Desktop support

Strong written and verbal skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Office products

Microsoft qualifications
