Fido – one of Canada’s most exciting customer focused companies is now recruiting for permanent, full time applicant’s to join our EOS department. This role is located in Metrotown , Burnaby and commences October 7th, 2013 . In this role you will be a resident Fido product and service expert to analyze, sell, and provide recommendations to our customers on hardware and service plans. As an EOS Rep, you will:
Use your natural ability to connect and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing needs
Analyze customer needs and right size solutions when making account changes
Answer billing inquiries
Use your sales and negotiation expertise to retain customer accounts by offering creative and adaptive solutions
Provide first level technical troubleshooting for wireless devices such as cell phones including iphones and blackberries
Supporting point of sale representatives by completing account activations and changes for customers using retail inquiry channels.
Support employees with their Fido wirelessaccounts inquiries.
Ensure every Fido customer is a HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Qualifications
Completed high school diploma or equivalent
Computer knowledge: Minimum typing speed of 25wpm, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong internet navigation skills
Basic math skills or experience calculating taxes
Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast paced customer focused call centre
Be fully flexible to work shifts based on seniority scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Variable
