We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agent
to join our Windsor Call Centre on a PART-TIME basis,
who can do the following for our customers:
customers about our service and hardware options.
service through all stages of the Customer life cycle.
issues are resolved and/ or escalated to the appropriate
Main Duties and Responsibilities
assist them in resolving their issues.
accurately entering the data in company systems.
assist them in using their WIND Mobile devices.
Centre including attendance and punctuality, call
quality, adherence to schedule, Customer satisfaction
and other related performance metrics.
developing and improving processes to maintain the
highest level of customer satisfaction and accuracy.
ensure that every customer interaction is in alignment
with our values.
and meet all commitments.
that Customers are receiving the best service possible.
procedures and standards.
Qualifications and Skills
