Entry level customer service/call center position, providing technical support for the latest wireless technology on the market. - Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun, 5:00am- 10:30pm (40 hrs/week)
- Location: Boulder, CO 80301
- Technical aptitude and quick learning skills required
- Experience providing customer service, i.e. call center, retail, tech support is a plus
- Type 30+ words a minute
- Experience toggling between screens and inputting data while assisting customers on the phone is a plus
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation
