The Opportunity

  • Reporting Directly to the General


  • Responsible for receptionist / front

desk duties

  • Opening and distributing incoming Mail
  • Dealing with customer complains
  • The set-up of new accounts in our billing software program
  • Familiar with General Office equipment (Photocopier, Fax, etc.)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel


  • Responsible for checking and

monitoring Monthly Sales Commission


  • Preparing Monthly Sales Spreadsheets
  • Preparing Weekly & Monthly Trans

Select Patch

  • Permanent full-time positions (Monday

to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

call center environment

  • Good command of the English language
  • Exceptional oral communication skills

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Familiar with Windows program an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast pass


  • 1-3 year sales experience an asset
  • Dedication to maintaining superior

client service level

  • Enthusiastic, with a strong aptitude

and a positive “can do” attitude

  • Have good written communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • To be able to work independently
  • Ability to multi task
  • Demonstrates the highest level of
