Our client is a fast paced, professional, entrepreneurial IT business. Specialising in consultancy, sales, integration and support, they offer leading solutions for wireless mobility and business continuity (including Server Virtualisation, Storage Area Networks and Disaster Recovery). An opportunity has now arisen for an end user Professional Services Sales Executive to join their team.

For this key role our client is looking to recruit a driven and tenacious Service Sales / Sales Support Administrator for Contract Renewals and Service sales. This role for someone who is interested in a B2B environment working within the IT market place. Your primary responsibility is helping to generate revenue on maintenance contracts / warranty renewals. This is NOT a telesales role, as you will be predominantly dealing with an existing client base (these are the clients who have already bought the products and is looking to renew their maintenance contracts).

This is an interesting opportunity to join a local leading company, you will be involved in a wide range of administrative and sales support activities – so good customer service skills are a must. You will have very varied responsibilities re sales and administration – your role will involve proactively up-selling the services within the existing clients (service contracts, professional services, network health checks, warranty renewals), as well as dealing with customer calls / queries

You will be tasked with selling services to organisations throughout the UK. Your role will include hunting for new business opportunities as well as dealing with existing clients, and will require travel to customer site when not in the office.

£20000 per annum + OTE £30,000 – £40,000, Bonus
