Job Summary: Prospects, qualifies and sells Cellcom voice and data products and services to businesses and individuals. Trains customers on the use of equipment and services. Services, retains and sells additional products to existing accounts.

Establishes and maintains a sales presence within assigned market through participation in community events and trade shows. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Prospect, qualify and acquire new wireless voice and data business and individual customers. 2.

Demonstrate products and train customers on voice and wireless products and services. 3. Meet individual prospecting and new business goals. 4.

Develop and present client specific sales presentations. 5. Provide extraordinary customer service; meet regularly with key customers to ensure satisfaction. Present and sell new products and services to current accounts.

6. Support small to mid-size business accounts; may support large accounts as needed within the sales territory. 7. Review assigned accounts and others as needed; develop rate plan analyses and present updated solutions.

8. Keep current on new voice and data technologies. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. 9.

Manage sales funnel, generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting of sales. 10. Set up and participate in trade shows, community events and customer promotional events. 11.

Act as courier when necessary. 12. Conduct employee tabletop presentations and other activities to grow customer base. 13.

Work with Sales Manager and internal departments to develop customized customer solutions as needed. 14. Keep Sales Manager and internal departments informed on all aspects of competitive services, products and issues. 15.

Maintain accurate inventory status and payment receipts. 16. Submit accurate activity and commissions reports when due. Requirements: Associate degree required or equivalent relevant professional work experience.

In addition, two years outside sales or two years wireless retail sales experience required. Must have valid driver’s license.
