Description

Overall Purpose: Negotiates contractual agreements, compensation plans, and marketing programs and promotions for national retailer accounts. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provide professional leadership and coordination on a single or multiple national accounts. Manages sales activities for assigned accounts. Partners to develop, and implement strategic and tactical programs to grow business profitably. Partners with channel operations to develop and implement policies, tools, programs and organizational support needed to ensure productive relationships. Delivers accurate forecasts, achieves monthly, quarterly and annual goals, and conducts quarterly operational review with assigned accounts. Confers and consults with corporate legal department to write, edit and develop account agreements, addendums and other legal documents for sales account organization. Ensures terms and conditions of account agreements are followed. Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: Typically 5 or more years experience. Supervisory: No.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Two years of telecommunications experience

Previous experience with contracts and other legal documents

Previous experience creating and implementing sales and business plans

Ability to clear a drivers license check, criminal background check, and drug test

Excellent negotiating skills

Excellent client relationship skills

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax

Desired Qualifications:
Three or more years telecommunications experience

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Strong analytical skills
