We are looking for ambitious cellular retail sales representatives (bilingual a plus), associates, and consultants to represent the fastest growing service in Wireless Phones today – Aio Wireless?. Both full-time and part-time available. You will sell wireless service, mobile phones and wireless devices within a retail kiosk environment. You’ll have the opportunity to lead this change in the wireless industry because we don’t require contracts, provide national voice & data coverage and the option to transfer the new Aio service to the customer’s current phone or offer them the newest models available!

: Engage and greet customers that walk by the kiosk.
: Use sales skills and technique to attain set goals and quotas for a variety of products.
: Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
: Recommend and select merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
: Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
: Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
: Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
: Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, inventory transactions, and security practices.
: Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
: Accurately record all inventory and payment transactions.
: Assist manager in operational requirements of the kiosk
Retail Working Conditions
You will normally work a flexible schedule including 8-hour days, up to 40-hour week, weekends, and holidays, standing on your feet most of the time. Promptness and a strong work ethic are important. Consultants arrive before the mall opens to help set up the Kiosk and occasionally stay late. Consultants work from the Kiosk sharing space with other team members. Consultants constantly read and study to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the wireless phone market, consumers, and competitive products.
: Possess high school diploma or equivalent. Some college or college degree a plus.
: 1-3+ years of retail sales experience with key holder/cash handling responsibilities is preferred.
: Pass background check and drug screen
: Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
: Legally work in the US
